Brightstor E8604 error Can anybody help me

I have brightstore 11.1 on domino server 6.5.1 with windows 2000 server platform.
When it takes backup of notes databases with backup agent for notes so it gives error message on 50 databases E8604 Failed to start backup EC= failed to open domino database or directory. and it takes backup of other more than 100 databses.
It also changes the all documents in a database as unread.
