Brightstor ARCserve release 11 1

Anyone out there have any words, good or bad, about the new release of Brightstor ARCserve Backup Release 11?

I have installed it it looks good and it has good new features the most improtant thing is exchange agent add-on premium option which is doing message level backup/restore and SiS(single instance storage ) bakcup of brick level.
eg if an attachment sent to 10 people in your company then it will backup only one attachement and it will put link for it.

Do your backups run faster? Does the premium add-on improve backups for the individual mailboxes. The brick level backup without the add on is very slow......

With the new agent bricks level is much faster.

It is using a new technology so that it backs things up only one time. So lets say 50 people have the same attachment, the attachement is written to tape only one time.

To some extent faster and takes less capacity.

What about the Install Procedure? Was it just a seemless upgrade?

some highlight of R11's features/enhancement:
* multiplexing support;
* VSS (including MS Writer) support;
* Exchange Premium add-on Agent which supports SIS, documentation level backup;
* report writer added;

that's what I can remember so far...
