All I can remember is the Exchange Agent there is an enhanced version for bricks level. Beyand that I forget what was new to 11.0.

Naw, it did make it into the 11.0 release. There where a few other things but I don't remember what.
My rule of thumb is to stay with the current version until something else is updated, or you need to make some other major change. Then it is time to re-evaluate.
