Brightstor Arcserve 9 Exchange Agent MAPI error

Hi to all,

This is my situation:

Server 1: Using W2K SP3, main backupserver, Server 2: W2K SP3 with
Exchange2000SP3, BrightStor ArcServe9 ExchangeAgent

The problem is that after a succesfull backup of Exchange Information Store
the next backup the Bricklevel backup crashes.See next lines;

Connect Exchange Backup Agent
ERROR: Fail to open IStore: MAPI return [80004005]
ERROR: ExchEnumIStoreInitial() return [2129]
FAILED: Enumerate Information Store --- ErrorCode:[2129]

If I restart the services on server 2 (so the Exhangeserver) the
backup goes again Ok for 1 time but the next time I get the same
errors? I restart the following services;
- BrightStor Discovery Service
- CA BrightStor Backup Agent RPC Server,
- CA BrightStor Universal Agent

I don't have any idea whta this can be, the backups where running very
well for about 9 months, nothing changed.

If you have any idea please help me.

Not sure what is causing the error, but to make sure you get successful backups you may want to schedule the services to shutdown and restart through the AT command or through a pre/post in the backup job.
