Brightstor Arcserve 9.01 SP4a Exchange Agent Hangs

Hi,

Here I'm again...

I have a Server with the W2k SP4, Ms Exchange 2k SP3 and BAB Exhange Agent V9.01 Patch 4a.

Somedays the Brick level job hangs in begining of the job. He makes 4 or 5 mailboxes and then the Brightstor Backup Agent RPC Server hangs. The Event Viewer give the folowing message "Brightstor Backup Agent RPC Server terminated unexpectedly" - Event ID 7031.

In the log of the agent nothing is written, the service just wents down.

In the other days works just fine, but many days it fails.
