Brightstor Arcserv 10.5 1

I took a full backup of local host and couple of servers on network. The backup was successful and when I tried to restore I could not see the sessions under which the server names would appear. I took backup from one server which had Arcserv 10.5 and trying to restore it from another server in which I installed the Brightstor Arcserv 10.5. Also, how to list the files from the tape so that I can selectively restore the files or folders? Thanks for solution in advance.

Hi,
To see list of files/folders you need to merge(update) the tape to dataabse.
to merge the tape go from menu manager/Utilites/merge
then select the tape you want to merge ,you can also merge single sesstion you know the sesstion you want to restore from.
