Brightstor 9 evaluation reinstall

I installed the 30 evaluation copy of arcserve in january only to find that my tape library and scsi controller were not compatable. i have just recieved my new scsi controller. i removed arcserve from the server, added my new scsi controller and reinstalled arcserve. It failssaying the evaluation has timed out. I need to test the software before my boss will buy it, so does anyone know what needs removing so i can reinstall the test software again.

I would suggest you to contact customer service and trial key codes ... or contact your local reseller..
