I read a post on here saying the size of the database can get large. I did install it on my c drive....I don't think there was much other choice. It is only a 4 gig partition with 1 gig left. I am making my own schedule I think as there schedule seemed to be a problem I will maybe have 8 tapes that I am rotating. How can I gauge the size the database will get and if I need to move what does it take.

Only way to move the DB is to re-install. If its not too large you might get away with - stopping DB engine, copy contents of DB folder to a temp location. Uninstall BS9, and reinstall to new location. Copy the contents of the DB folder back to new DB folder before starting BS!

To manage the DB:-
Reduce the 'prunde Db recordd older than' value in server admin/configuration/DBtab
Perform a dbdefrag -a astpsdat command every week (after prunging has run)
