Brightstor 9.01 Patch 5 and Exchange 2003

Has anyone ever tried restoring private or public stores on Exchange 2003 using the recovery group feature?

I need to restore a public folder store but I searched the internet forever and CA support and find no mention of anything about restoring Exchange 2003 using Arcserve 9.x

"You can only recover mailbox stores to a Recovery Storage Group. You cannot restore a public folder store to a Recovery Storage Group because that action is not supported. The methods that you use to recover a public folder store in Exchange Server 2003 are the same methods that you use in Exchange 2000 Server."
