Brightstor 11.1 and windows 2003 licensing issue

Hi all:


I just reinstalled my server, formerly windows 2000 server sp4 to windows 2003 server sp1.

When I install Brightstor Arcserve 11.1 to it, the license key will not accept, says it is not good. I, of course checked and checked it was well spelled.

I tried installing such program to a windows xp machine, and that one does accept the license... seems to me the problem is with the OS?

By the way the license is an upgrade, though i am doing a fresh install, to which CA support documents say i dont need to install the former version.

Please Help
