Has anyone every had an issue when installing the upgrade software for client agents for V9, when I installed the client agent for NT/Win2000 & SQL, the CA_LIC directory did not get updated with the upgrade files, I was not able to see the CAlicne.exe file for me to install the product license keys. Without the license keys installed, the V9 ARCServe base product can not see the server in question on the network to be backed up.
