BrighStor Arcserve and Unicenter NSM R11

Hi,
I am trying to submit a backup job to Brightstor using Unicenter JMO option, however it fails with an error
*** ERROR: 4, Failed to Add Job, Server: \\FRED1.

Unicenter JMO in Job Status reports it as failed with return code 00000008, but the job gets added to brightstor on HOLD status.

This is the script I am using;
CABATCH /MODE=Submit /H=* /S=C:\BackupJobs\FRED1.ASX /D 11/27/06 /T 23:30 /W

Any Ideas?

Does it run normally under the same user ID without submitting it from JMO?
