I'm not sure if this post is in the best forum, but here goes anyway...
I have two buildings/networks configured differently. One is set up with a Domain controller and clients, the other is set up as a workgroup. The networks are connected via ethernet and the workgroup has an internet connection which can be accessed by both networks. Along with the internet connection there is a VPN which can access the workgroup. The problem exists where users cannot use the VPN to access the Domain network. I'm not even 100% sure why this is. What is the proper way to make the two networks co-exist? I realize that a Domain should be set up in place of the workgroup, but it is likely that the domain networked building will be responsible for adapting to the workgroup network if we want to use the VPN. Would a bridge do the job, and be the best choice or would any other alternative be better?
