Hello,

Scenario:
User has two numbers, one in main site ( germany ), second in second site ( Portugal ).

Phone 1 : Germany
Phone 2 : Portugal Bridged to Phone 1

Basicaly user want's to decide what "line" he uses for each call he makes. For example,on Phone 1, if he wants to call Portuguese numbers he would just select bridge line and call with Portugal's Trunk.

Problem:
This feature works within same location but with two diferent locations when he presses the bridge line and tries to call portugal's number it goes through germany isdn trunk.

Solution:
Is there any other way of doing this maybe with access code? or maybe I'm missing something with this inter-location bridged phones configuration.

Thank you in advance.

It's your IP in the network map that defines what network region you're in. That region determines what "location" you're in for ARS and analyzing dialed digits.

What about this:
"change abb system" make 'system speed dial 11 and 12" dial 444 and 555. Label them "PORTUGAL" and "GERMANY".
On the German phone, make a key "system speed dial 11" to say PORTUGAL. In Germany's ARS, make 444+whatever go to a special route for Portugal that strips the leading 3 digits. On the Portugal phone, add system speed dial 12 for "GERMANY" and make Portugal's ARS take 555+whatever out a route to Germany's trunks dropping the leading 3 digits.

Kyle555 has a good idea.

Also, assuming he is not SIP, you could put PCOLs on the phone for each location. He can then select whatever county he wants to dial out.

If his dialing includes the country codes you can just route the calls out the applicable trunks. However, it sounds like he's trying to dial using local dialing rules.
