I have one phone that is being bridged-appearance by 13 other phones. The 13 phones each have 3 bridged-appearance buttons for this phone they're covering. Some phones will ring correctly for the delayed setting that is on each phone but some will not ring at all even though they are programmed exactly like the phones that are ringing correctly. All phones will flash when a call is presented but some won't ring or show the caller ID information. I've looked through each phones setting and cannot see a difference in the programming.
I posted an email from my customer regarding the situation. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

" I’m still unable to get 5 of the CPEX phones to delay ring on the
bridged-appearance.

All 13 extensions are set up identically. All stations will ring and
populate the caller ID when the bridg-appr ringer is set to “r”. However 5
of the stations won’t ring at all or populate the caller ID when the
bridg-appr is set to “d”.

I’ve tried multiple combinations of the settings we worked with Tuesday.
I’ve tried deleting the station profiles and building them over from
scratch. I’ve also bridged my phone to the primary CPEX phone and I can’t
get the delayed ring to work on it either.

Weird things that I’ve discovered:

1. When I set call-appr ringers on my phone to “d” they won’t ring or
populate the caller ID either.

2. Two of the phones that were working properly that we never touched
actually had different settings from the phones that we managed to get
working Tuesday.

3. One of the phones was set up with Bridged Call Alerting set to “n”
and the ringers for all 3 bridg-appr lines set to “n”. And it delay rings
just fine. I checked the phone out twice to make sure it was the right one.

bridged call alerting needs to be set to yes on the phones that flash only
