Bridged Appearence Question

If you have an 8410D with bridged appearences that are set to not ring, is there any way to display the caller information in the display?

Example. Extension 1 is an 8410D with a bridged appearence of Extension 2 set to not ring. Caller rings extension and the light blinks on Extension 1 with no call information. If I set the bridged appearence to ring, Extension 1 will display "Caller to Extension 2".

Can this be done with out setting the bridged appearence to ring?

The user will have to make an extra step but you can accomplish this by placing an "inspect" button on the phone.

When bridged appearance rings, press inspect and voila, call information is display.

(Also works when you're on your main line and you have a second incoming call).
