I've got a question for you superbrains.
I've got a secretary with an H.323 9611G station with that has 3 line appearances of X41107 as her main DN. She needs to answer calls for 3 other people. Each of those have the same type stations. The DN's of those phones are x41105, X41131 & X41104. If she is sitting at X41107 and needs to answer a call being presented to any of the other numbers and then needs to transfer that call to somewhere else, how many bridged line appearances of each of the other numbers will she need on her phone? Is there a way to just put one bridged line appearance on her phone and her still be able to answer a call on that particular line and then transfer it somewhere else, or will she have to have a second bridged line appearance of each of those numbers? I was told that if the parameter (Idle Appearance Preference) is set to Y instead of default N then you can get away with only one appearance. I've tried that and it didn't work. I just now noticed there is also a parameter (Bridged Idle Line Preference). Is that the one that needs to be set to Y instead of the other?
