I have a remote office that is complaining that calls to their call-appr's produce a tone (ringing) in their handset while on another call.
They have 3 800#s that are pointed to 3 x ported stations. The bridged appr's are mapped from the x ported stations to the end user stations.
All the normal button ring control is working. They only complain about a disruptive tone when another call comes in.
I haven't been able to duplicate this in my office.
Is anyone familier with this issue or feature?
