Bridged Appearances on One-X Communicator 6.2.5.03

Hello -

I currently have One-X communicator up and running no issues. Recently a user requested to have a bridged appearance of another line, show on her station. I added the bridged appearance to the station in CM, but it does not appear in the feature buttons on Communicator. They can get/see the bridged appearance call, but do not have a feature button to tell them it's the bridged call ringing.

Did I miss something in my setup, or is this not an available feature in Communicator?

CM 6.2
Connected via H.323 and using the communicator via computer/usb headset

Maybe check bridged call alerting and per button ring control on page 2 of the station form?
