Hi everyone-

I have an S8300 at rel 2.0. Then we upgraded to 2.1.1. After the upgrade, one of my users noticed a problem. She has a bridged appearance on her phone. Before the upgrade, if she would answer the bridged appearance, then transfer it off, the call would be transferred and the bridged appearance would be dark. Now, when she transfers, the call does transfer, but the bridged appearance is still active on her phone and she can press the button to re-join the call. Please note, the primary station is not an actual phone, it is an x-ported station, so it's not like the principal is on the phone. It only appears on her phone and like I said, she answers and transfers. I have looked through all of the system parameters features, coverage, etc. and I can't find anything. Especially since it only started happening after the upgrade. Thanks to all.

Contact Avaya, there is a software patch that has to be run that will fix that.

Try changing Temporary bridged appearance on call pickup to NO. Even though it's not exactly what's happening, it might help.
