I have a phone with a bridged appearance of another phone so they can train people on calls. When the initial phone user takes the call, sometimes the phone with the appearance can't pick it up. When pressing the bridged appearance button it will only beep and not pickup the line. This doesn't happen with all calls and doesn't happen to the same number every time.

You sound like you're raising a support ticket as oppose to asking for help on a forum. You need to do some troubleshooting and tracing to pin down why it's happening, post your results and then we may be able to offer a solution

I'm still relatively new to the Avaya IPO and all the features it has. I didn't realize there was a Call Listen feature, but after doing some searching on how to get that setup, that works perfectly. What seemed to be the issue was how the Bridged Appearance makes it a conference call. I'm guessing our conference bridge was full, but that could be completely off the mark. Thank you Okkie26.

The IPO Conf bridge is bigger than almost any other system, I doubt it maxed out, more likely line appearences quirks (they suck)
