I have an Admin Assistant ext. 5182 that answers calls for two executives 5107 and 5108. She has button 1&2 appearance of each exec. on her phone and both ring immediate to her. If a call comes in on her line 5182 and they want one of the execs she transfers to there line waits for a ring then hangs up. Sometimes the exec is able to answer the call and sometimes when the exec answers there is no talk path between him and the caller but the call shows as if it was connected.
