Running... IP office 4.0.14 and Voicemail Pro 4.1.27
We are running the ConferenceBridge module and have it setup with a menu so that after a greeting pressing 0=recepetion and 1-5=bridges. Ext 3650 brings you to this menu.
So recently when internal or external users dial into this, after the greeting they often get bumped directly to reception. In DBGview it looks like they have pressed '0'.

I can get it to happen if I dial 3650 quickly a few times in a row.
Also, it's been reported that entering the Bridge Number doesn't get a response and then you get bumped to reception. That just shows the same in DBGview log.
Im not sure if the server is being taxed and that is why this is occuring, but nothing has changed on the server in... 6 months. I've run out of ideas and am being pressured to "add more RAM"
