Hi,
After installing Bridge 1.0 (OS X) and discovering it ran like a ram-hungry drunk badger, I like most other CS2 upgraders ran the bridge 1.02 update which, is still crap but had been behaving a little better.
However, after a month or so of use and just as my faith in Adobe was being restored, I got the error message "There was a problem with the database and 'filename' was not updated correctly. This may affect searches"
This error message now pops-up all the time and i cannot access certain directories as when i attempt to do so, a white box appears over the icon.
After consulting knowledgebase, I was pleased to find that Adobe had found this error and not so pleased to discover that the remedy was to update to my current version. Meaning they think that the update has fixed the problem.
I have reinstalled but still receive the same error message and am beginning to consider sending hate-mail to Adobe's 'crap ideas' department.
Has anyone else suffered this problem?
Knows of a fix?
Apologies for the rant,
DigiPencil.
