arcserve -> viewing brick level. When I click on an user mail account folder (ie: sent item) It indicated that

"There are no items to display in this view"

This only happen on some users and the public calendar, public contact. Is this a permission problem. what kind of permission is needed.

I notice that this is the reason why I am getting the Cachebuffer 64k warning error in dbaxchg2.txt log. for those users.

The below was for a restore issue but still applied to permissions on Public Folders

Do the following:

1. In the Exchange Administrator, select the public folder you are restoring to.
2. From the pulldown menu select File / Properties.
3. In the Properties Screen select Client Permissions
4. Give the account (bricks account) Author rights
5. Perform the restore.
