Brick-level Arcserve 2000 fails on 1 mailbox

Running W2K Server SP2 with Exchange 2000 SP2 and Arcserve 2000 with Backup RPC Agent .

Brick-level works fine . Except... when you disable the user account , who is "primary account" of a mailbox , Brick-level can no longer backup this mailbox and returns the following error :
"E8604 Failed to start backup EC=Exch Exchange Agent --(429) "Fail to Open Information Store"


Does anybody know a workaround to backup this mailbox , without changing the primary account of the mailbox ?

when u disable the user account associated with mailbox,
this mailbox WILL NOT be backed up.
u need to associate thi mailbox to some user accoutn ane initialize this mailbox
