BRI trunkline setup

Hi guys, we installed a BRI trunkline.

The line group for incoming and outgoing is updated and use the same in the ICR and ARS.

But everytime I tried to call the number, I just receive a busy one. Am I miss something here?

Just to add, the IP office firmware version is 8.1

I thought BRI was on the way out!

First step is check on an active call in SSA.

The call never landed in the SSA.

I heard a 1 ring and then goes to busy tone.

Check System Monitor to see where it tries to send the call.

@ Jannin78 thanks for the reply. It only says the external number of the calling party plus the destination number(Define in ICR) but it doesn't show which extension it landed.

Am I miss something?

Got it working guys, TEI needs to be set to point to multi-point.
