Hello,
forgive me for not using proper words, I am more of a network guy than telco, but here is my issue anyway:
we want to forward 100 DIDs to a bunch of BRI connected to fax servers. We are told by our VAR that they can't route the numbers to a pool of BRI but can only do static assignment (meaning if a number requires 2 simultaneous calls the 2nd call will hit a busy tone). I am very surprised that a CS1000 with SILC cards can't do this? Supposedly because channels are seen as TNs it is not possible to pool them... Can anyone enlighten me on this matter? I would be more than grateful!
regards,
M.
