breaking up distribution lists...

I've a user that has reached capacity on his distribution list. He wants to break it up into three. Is there any easy way to do that without having to resort to making the three new lists and then adding the individuals...individually?

Hi 1dannyd

In the list of contacts, highlight the distribution list and copy it to the clipboard.

Then paste it back in twice. You will now have 3 copies of trhe list.

Open the first copy, change the name and delete 1/3 of the entries (highlight and hit DEL key). Save and close.

Open the second copy, and do the same thing, keeping only a different 1/3 of the addresses.

Then open the original list and delte the 2/3 which are in the other 2.
