After searching here for code necessary to break paragraphs within Memo fields when called into ASP.NET I found only one apparent solution which did not work. One simply needs to add <p>....</p> within the Memo field of the Access table and when called from the table to be used in ASP.NET the appropriate breaks work.

Breaking paragraphs in Memo field

As a follow-up it appears that any html object embedded within a Memo field will display as those objects when called into ASP.NET page (and presumably an ASP page). I tested hyperlinks, et al. and they all appeared within the ASP.NET page as their respective html controls.
