Is anyone aware whether a particular CTI event is generated when an Agent Enters and Leaves the Break state after having handled an ACD call? I have searched the Meridian Link Services document and have not found any reference to this.
I'm about to find out first hand by configuring a Break Timer in the Call Presentation Class of the Sysposium Server.
