The bigger issue is the reporting and exporting to Menulink. We use ML as our point of record and we are in CA and have some complicated break rules, anyone have any best practices they are willing to share?
The Rub... aloha side has multiple 'mutual exclusives' if the scheduled shift is over 5 but less than six they get a 30.. But they can waive.. But if they end up going over 6 they get penalty pay... If the shift is between 6-8 they must take a break and penalty if there break isn't taken before the 5th hour Menulink has only one entry area.. and needs an aloha rule ID to refer to which obviously won't match...
