Break field results into horizontal

I have a string type field that will show activity type of a circuit. For instance: Active, Reserved, On Order, Pending, Disconnected. My report needs to show each activity type horizontally across the page with total sites by each activity type. I am not sure how to do this. Thank you for your help.

Insert a crosstab in the report header or report footer and use activity type as the column field, and count (or distinct count, depending upon your needs) of site as the summary field. No row field.

Looks good so far, but how do I get it to show the Site identified per activity type..basically need it to look something like
Site Name Active On Order Pending
2000400 SMITH BBLZ0595 88121 F28 T3Z S **so showing all the detail for each site,, will have hundreds/thousands of info per type.. need to show each info per site line by line..then total at the end per site****

Add the Site Number and Name as row fields. In the customize style tab you can suppress the subtotals for the site number.
