Hi, I am looking for a tool within AutoCad that by a click of a button it shows you where there are line breaks, or where ever two lines that almost meet, are not connected....is there such a command in AutoCad? Any help will be appreciated.

I need this for CNC usage....all lines have to be closed, but sometimes you can't tell if they are closed or not unless you zoom in really far in...!! the eye can't tell. thank you

hoja,

There is no tool that does specifically what you are looking for that I am aware of, but you might try using the bonus (or express tool) "overkill". It will join plines, erase overlapping lines etc.

would anyone be interested in helping me build such a tool, I have seen it in other CAD programs like Intercad...So I'm sure you would be able to build something with this function in AutoCad through VBA, or Autolisp..>!!! thank you
