Breadcrumb trail for document libraries

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I found a nice webpart for adding a breadcrumb trail to SharePoint. And it looks great. But, since I cant see how to add webparts to a doc library, I'm not sure how to get the same effect.

Anyone know of how to add a breadcrumb trail type feature to a document library?

I'm not familiar with a way to edit the document library's look and feel without opening the page in FP2003 and adding the web part using the Insert Web Part feature. Perhaps that will meet your needs.
