Please could someone tell me if it is possible to add a logo to all email messages sent from Outlook almost like a template email? If so, can anyone explain how it is done?

Many thanks

can do this.

But keep in mind many systems don't display HTML messages by default. And, adding logos and other trivial items increases the size of emails, consumes more bandwidth, etc...

There are several ways depending on what facilities you have available & how you want to approch this. If you have access to the mail server that sends the mail, usually there are add-ons that will work well and can be configured for all users in one shot. Add-on's the the mail client software can be configured for each user individually. Or you can use 'stationary' or 'signatures' on each mail client, depending on what you need.
