Hi,

Is it possible to create a brand new storage group in Exchange 2003 (running on SBS 2003)?

Customer has had a major corruption issue and I'm not hopeful of getting the existing store working.

Ideally I'd like to 'drop' the existing one, create a new one and import the emails from the cache files on the computers.

Hi all,

I understand how I can start a new information store, however I do have an important question:

If I start a new Information Store, and an existing user then opens up their Outlook, will all of their emails in their OST be deleted as they don't exist in the new store? Or will Outlook automatically put the emails in the OST into the new Exchange database?
