Brand New KXTDA 30

I am testing this new switch and unable to log on.
Using Maintenance console ver 1.0
Initialised and poered up ok. a Digital extension is connected and working on port 01.
Try log on via USB and get error:E)301aa
System Data Version Error(Please update the system databy latest version main program)

Also tried via Serial port. It just times out.
The cable is correct, with a null modem in line.

sounds like it is newer ksu that may require a newer version
of the console

Thats probably correct.
I did the course last year and need to get the latest version.

Also check to that you have the USB Driver Installed. That what the error code is showing.

If the USB driver wasn't installed, you'd be more likely to get an error stating "Unable to open USB port.
