Brand New BCM400 install-time problem

My vendor just installed new BCM400 this weekend. The time is set correctly in the system, BCm Monitor shows correct date and time, but all the phones display Jan 16th and wrong time. Reboots dont help. Any ideas on this crazy one?

Run latest UTPS patch, then do a firmware update to all ip phones. Your vendor should have access to nortel pathces
