Branch office Conference problem

CS 1000M/SG with three MG1000B Branch Offices all on Rel 4.5
All users are TDM
BO User makes call over vtrk then tries to conference in another over vtrk, second call answers able to talk, press conf key to join both parties. original dialed party has speech paths but new party no speech path either way. If first party dialed hangs up then speech path re-established with second party.

I telneted to BO VGMC card and the following errors will spit out
after conf in second party. Will get this same type of error on Main Office VGMC also. If either dialed party hangs up then erros stop. Deplist are up to date.

Any ideas appreciated.

can you start the conf from the cs1000m/sg and get two (or more) branch office users on that conf? (working)

are there any network limitations? (firewall, rpls? limitation multicasting?)
