Brainbench tech support certification exams

Hi, I find it hard to get a pass mark for my Brainbench Computer Technical Support Exams.I seem to be scoring low all the time. Can anybody help or give me a tip on how pass this exams.I mean an it so much!!!

Hmmm.. other than to write your exam for you, I suggest you hits the books and study a little bit more !!

I took three of their free test and passed with no problem.
The forth test was in a field I would like to be in but I failed that test. It is possible.
