brain storm on new bldg needs

We have a new building going up, and I have been asked to attend a meeting and bring forward any telecom related items we need to be concerned about. This will be a brain storming meeting to help build the project plan. Can you guys give me some examples of what I may want to bring up? Call will originate in our main switch, ops will transfer the call to the new bld/depts. Out going dialing will come out of the main switch. We have private fiber going between and local service for 911.

A big factor would be how many users do you expect to have. Are you going to have separate voice and data networks, etc. Can you be more specific?
