Does anyone know how to implement BPSK, QPSK, OQPSK or any other type of modulation in VHDL. Any links to such material would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't really know anything on any of those modulation techniques, but a quick google search gave me this:

it seems pretty simple to make a basic modulator, so simple that I would not recommend using an FPGA/EPLD (maybe you could explain otherwise?). Of course that simple solution may not be what you are after. If you could point me at information more "commericial", I may be able to help you start.
