BPS stack loss of QOS

Hello all , has anyone seen this fault ,very infrequently we have a loss of "Trusted Ports " after a power outage ,resulting in bad voice quality .
We do not have a config loss , just Qos advanced ->interface conf->Trusted ports loss.
The vlans & ip etc are all ok .
Has anyone else seen this .We are using boss3038 and diag 3005.
Any help much appreciated

I'd start by updating the diagnostic code and software - that's fairly old software you're on.

I'm running diag 36005 and image 36202 on my 460 switches - I believe it's the same code for BPS and 460's.
