I'm new to programming and need to compile a previously written C++ program. There is a .bpr file that looks useful, but no project file (ide).

I'm using Borland C++ version 5 and compiling to a Windows XP machine. The documentation I've found says to open the program in Borland and everything should load and I should be able to compile. However, there is no program file to open.

There are alot of links that go to different directories and I have no idea on how to create these links. Any advice or if you know of any good resources, it would be appreciated.

.bpr is the Borland PRoject file. Double click it and it should open in borland c++ and then you should be able to just press compile and build.

Thanks,

For some reason, the .bpr was opening in wordpad by default. I chose to open it with Borland and was able to run it.
