I just wanted to share my experience with a problem we were having doing a Mailbox backup of our exchange server. We were having a problem where our Mailbox level backups were always failing with a status code 41 and on the client we would always get a Dr. Watson exception for bpbkar32.exe.
We had some talks with support at veritas when we finally discovered that the reason for it was that we had two mailboxes with the same display name. Exchange doesn't have a problem with this, but something in the veritas product must. It was very weird because we even backed up the mail box with the problem individually, and it worked, but not when we did the entire mailbox tree.
I haven't seen this problem/solution discussed anywhere else on the net so I figured I would share my experience here so that someone may find the solution if they have the same problem.
