We have two BP250 in R14 with a IPU board. We have noise in speech, and we think that the problem is the network jitter.

Does anybody know how modify jitter buffer in a IPU board ?

The Local Ericsson Support said to us that the buffer jitter is fix in 70 miliseconds, and we can´t change it.

We need to increase the jitter buffer up to 150 or 200 miliseconds.

Does anybody know more about?

Thanks

How do you know the problem is jitter? (The MD110 and Dialog phones can show you relevant QoS-statistics, can the BP do this to?)

You can try to diminish this problem 'at the source' by (re)configuring your network. An increase in jitter buffer will also introduce more delay, which might even make the problem worse.

There are tools to measure your network performance. This can help you to determine the (real) problem. An example of such a tool is Vivinet Assesor.
