BP250 program key on operator phone to forward externall calls to a group

Hi,

I woud like to program a key on the operatorphone, so when pressed, all external calls are forwarded to a parallel distribution group.

The customer has had this key on a DBC214 phone, but this was deliverable by the supplier.
So the customer has bought an DBC213 instead, but he cannot use that key anymore.

When I log into BMS, and open the configuration of that extension, I get a warning that more resources are allocated than needed, that's normal I think, because there were more keys available on the DBC214.

So how can I program such key?

Hello on the command 4001 ,set directory number of the dbc213,you need to create a key on the dbc213 with *8# (how night service activation),than on the command 1102 or 1104 (reroute at night) enter the group number.So when you active night service ,the incoming calls reroute to group number
