Hi Guys,

Just want to ask if anyone had tried installing CCS 4.1 on windows 7 and made it work? Is there anything need to consider? And also, is the backup from CCS 4.1 windows XP will work if it will be restored on Windows 7?

Thank you.

Regards,
ric

I use CCS 4.1 on Win 7 32 bit.
According to the application compatibility list CCS 4.1 is supported on Win 7
32 and 64 bit.
But I have not tested if the backup and restore is working.

Thanks. Yes, we tried also installing on Windows 7 but every time we restored the backup data (from windows XP), the CCS can't be started. Seems not possible to load the old data from XP but we are not sure also if we need to consider something before restoring the data, we are still trying to figure out.

did you get any error message, maybe in the CCS_start_log.txt?
