BP 250 - H.323 Ext - No Voice Issue

Hello Everyone,

One of our client is facing no voice issue with their IP extension on BP250. The IP extension can login and can make and receive internal and external call but when answered you can't hear anything on both sides. We tried to restart the IPU, the BP250 and also the switch but still the same. We haven't tried to change the IPU card or the switch,this is our last option. Has anyone face the same issue before? Please help to share your ideas guys. Thanks.

are Extension and trunk channels allocated in the IPU? seems like there is no RTP

Only those IP extensions are allocated in the IPU, they are using BTU-D for trunks. Is it IPU card issue or due to network issue? Thanks.
